Many factors make up a treatment plan. Fm. Hx, T score, fracture Hx., calcium intake, and comobities, smoking, alcohol intake, steroid exposure and so on. There is no easy fix for this. Workup for fatigue: Since we don't know what mechanism's behind the fatigue in fibromyalgia it's hard to propose a good treatment. The best advice to give would be to make sure your doctor has considered ALL OTHER CAUSES OF FATIGUE of which there is a long list of possibilities.
