By bone deterioratio: -n, do you mean osteoporosis? If so a protein sup. is not the answer. You need 2 see an internist who deals with this, or an endocrinologist. Many factors make up a treatment plan. Fm. Hx, T score, fracture Hx., calcium intake, and comobities, smoking, alcohol intake, steroid exposure and so on. There is no easy fix for this. Strike a balance: Arthritis, especially inflammatory type (like lupus or rheumatoid) responds well to moderate exercise. You have to find the right amount for your body. Workup for fatigue: Since we don't know what mechanism's behind the fatigue in fibromyalgia it's hard to propose a good treatment. The best advice to give would be to make sure your doctor has considered ALL OTHER CAUSES OF FATIGUE of which there is a long list of possibilities.
