Workup for fatigue: Since we don't know what mechanism's behind the fatigue in fibromyalgia it's hard to propose a good treatment. The best advice to give would be to make sure your doctor has considered ALL OTHER CAUSES OF FATIGUE of which there is a long list of possibilities.
