A exercise program: is best followed by your doc so that it is a good fit for you. W/out knowing your body weight and other medical data one cannot determine if this is a good program for you specifically. In general, it sounds good. Peace and good health. Possibly: If the pain worsens when you exercise, and especially if you see or feel a bulge in that area, then the hernia may have recurred (come back). If so, a surgeon or other physician should see you to see if there is a hernia. The pain could also be related to scar tissue in that area. ...Read more
