It is possible.: The pill and other oral contraceptives can increase your risk of blood clot and especially so if your are a smoker. If you have swelling in that leg compared to the other or tenderness then I would have a high suspicion for a clot. Call your doc or go to a local urgent care or emergency department. At this point, despite the heavily marketed “miracle technologies", diet and exercise remain the best way to slim the legs and thighs. Sometimes patients do better “investing” in personal trainer and/or nutritionists than wasting time/resources on these technologies (which generally don't deliver on promises). Surgery, including liposuction surgery, should be option of last resort.

Broke foot: Did you get your foot treated and get the fracture healed? If yes and you still have pain consider gettting evaluated for a foot orthotic. Foot pain is not normal and can usually be resolved by proper treatment. I would see a podiatrist in your area.
