I have a medium skin tone but tan very easiy. When I do, however, I get random darker patches on my arms. This happens with or without sunscreen.
Picture helps: But many supplements can cause hyperpigmentation. Also eczema if a little red can then turn brown due to sun exposure. I would see your dermatologist and also recommend you always wear sunscreen. Other considerations include fungal infections can turn dark with sun, but with correct topicals they will clear,

Sun screen: sun exposed skin will become more pigmented
I am 16. I've noticed rapid skin changes on my face for the past 3 years. My face looks a lot darker than my arms. How can I recover my skin tone?
Protect it.: For lighter skin – always protect your skin. 1. Use a broad spectrum sun screen with a high SPF. Apply as often as needed. 2. Wears hat or other clothing to protect skin from Sun’s UV rays. 3. Try to avoid mid-day sun. A medication like hydroquinone may take months to work and usually it’s use would be limited to a particular site on the body.
Dark Skin: Try kojic acid or hydroquinone to lighten the skin.
I have uneven skin tone on my arms and its really frustrating! what can I do to make it even fair like before? What soap should I use?
?: I'm not sure i completely understand the question but if you would like to prevent your skin from getting darker make sure to apply sunscreen everyday and throughout the day. Make sure not to go out into the sun between 10-4, and wear sun-safe clothing. Use sunscreens that contain either zinc or titanium, or both is better. I hope this helped :].

I have small skin tone bumps on my hand and to the middle of my forearm. They are scattered in different places and they itch. When I scratch them or rub them they burn. Any suggestions?
Many possibilities: Itchy spots can be from many causes, such as: hives, viral infections, other infections, medication causes, hot-tub rashes, heat rashes, reactions to creams / lotions, allergic reactions to various things (including foods), internal disorders (such as kidney disease, auto-immune disease), etc... That means a rash that persists or is worrisome in appearance should be checked by a doctor.
I have scraped my leg and for 2 years it has not toned in with my regular skin tone it light brownesh what can I do to improve the color? Thank you

I am basically dark in complexion. I want to improve my skin tone.I am taking good food and fresh juices but no results. Please suggest me a good diet?
You're good: Please don't try to change your natural skin tone. The agents that are available to do this will disfigure you terribly in the long run & you'll be ridiculed. Whoever told you that drinking fruit juice will make you skin lighter deserves to be beaten up. Where i come from, judging a person by skin color is the height of ignorance, and i expect this will soon be the world norm.
Avoid the sun: Poor skin tone can result from many causes. If you have lost a significant amount of weight there may result in quite alot of skin and surgery may be the only way to improve it. As far as wrinkles and loose facial skin there are several options dpending the amount of loose skin and what your goals are.Skin care with anti=oxidant and vit a/vit c/ estogen cream. Dermabrasion, chemical/laser peels.
No: No. Please see your dermatologist for evaluation and to discuss treatment options.
