Depends: Stress fractures may take 6-8 weeks to heal. Always look for predisposing factors. Typically think of a stress factor as an over use injury so look for alignment issues such foot pronation, excessive supination, leg length discrepancy, pelvic obliquity and muscle imbalances that can be corrected. Also vitamin d deficiency or other issues that might be related to osteopenia /osteoporosis. ...Read more
