How about PT: Well, I know you're in pain with all that you've said..you haven't specified the nature of the abdominal injury so I don't know whether or not you are bedbound right now or able to get up and move about? Is there a plan to surgerize the back with everything there? I wouldn't necessarily unless it's your only option. Pudendal neuralgia: surgical decompression is the preferred treatment; pads to avoid pressure while seated; pudendal nerve stimulation; local injection; chronic abd/pelvic pain: opiod induced constipation can worsen this; should work with gyn & GI for better option.
