Not good: Trampoline exercises are not good if you already have problems with the knees. Any exercise that increases pressure on these joints should be reduced. Swimming, bicycling, elliptical machine and walking are gentle on the knees. ...Read more

No. You're fine.: California has a stupid law and EVERYTHING is "known" to cause cancer there. There are things that really cause cancer, but this is no way to detect them. Stop worrying about it and enjoy your trampoline. ...Read more

Yes and no.: In general they are responsible for lots of injuries. Officilly the aap is against them because of thatnhigh injury risk. But if a high quality trampoline with quality sides is used with god supervision and rules then the could be safe. Limit to 1-2 kids at once. Never allow flips. And use a trampoline with quality sides so that kids cannot fall off. Those rules prevent most injuries. ...Read more

In the meantime take advil (ibuprofen) or Ibuprofen every six to eight hours as needed for pain. Rest as much as possible. You can also try a heating pad to the affected area. Depends: on severity of symptoms and whether degree of compression correlates with amount of pain. Vertebroplasty can be useful in pain relief, but, as you state, complications are possible.
