Not proven: Rebounding trampolines have been advocated from making your vision better, glaucoma better, aligning the eyes to reducing migraines by movement of cerebrospinal fluid since wwii. But all are personal and scattered reports. But there is scientific data from nasa that showed it is a much better way of exercising for heart & body than treadmill and jogging. Yes and no.: In general they are responsible for lots of injuries. Officilly the aap is against them because of thatnhigh injury risk. But if a high quality trampoline with quality sides is used with god supervision and rules then the could be safe. Limit to 1-2 kids at once. Never allow flips.
