Your : Your question is a good one but absolutely impossible to answer in any meaningful way without knowing many more details of the injury, having a good exam, and seeing the x-ray at the very least. Assuming that this is a so-called articular fracture, that is in to the joint, one would have to know what the joint surfaces look like, how displaced the bone fragments are etc... While at 2 and 1/2 months you are already beyond the normal healing period for this type of fracture, you should still not delay in seeking a medical evaluation. At the very least you will be started on appropriate therapy. Even without insurance, see if there is not a local hospital clinic that can help out. Best of luck. ...Read more

Normal: Stiffness after being in a long arm cast is a normal finding, especially in adults. If you are seeing an occupational therapist/hand therapist for you wrist, they will be able to help with the elbow as well. I got a wrist fractured a T shaped plate was planted in my hand 6 7 months ago its recovered now iam having some issues at my gym while my exercise.

What are your issues: Not sure what your problems are, but generally after surgery for wrist fractures there is some loss of motion of that wrist. This should get better with time but may take over a year to get better on its own. You should check with your surgeon to be sure everything is going ok and they may send you to see a therapist to help you get back to the gym without pain. ...Read more

Treat the fracture: first and foremost. Second at a time and point ones progress there may a role for resumption of aerobic activity and certainly working on one core and lower extremities.
