Costochondritis: If your heart and lungs have been'ruled out' as sources of your chest pain( and this is of paramount importance) than inflammation of the ribs as they attach on the sternum or the rib 'lining' itself can become 'inflamed' occasionally w/ exercise. Seek help: While it is unlikely that this is concerning ischemia(the type of heart disease that involves blockages of arteries), any chest pain that persists warrants an evaluation. In fact it could even be an exercise induced variant of asthma. It's hard to say without more information and examining you, but again, I would still strongly suggest an in-person evaluation.
