Possible: The hymen can be torn during exercise. Wether the hymen is torn or not does not determine if a women is a virgin, as it can easily be torn by tampons, fingering, and exercise. Some women are born without a hymen or just a fringe of tissue. ...Read more

DOES NOT MAKE SENCE: Loosing 35 lbs and not loosing a full pant size does not make any sence you should consult your doctor and get a thorough physical exam with weight height/bmi, blood tests etc, and discuss your weight loss of 35 lbs and no loss in the waist line, and what exercses you should be doing. ...Read more

Ask your OB: Depends what u were doing before u can start running if u ran before at 4-5 weeks if u are not sioe, no abdominal crunches or situps for 4 months as u can ruin your rectus muscles( they atre teh lst to heal up ) that is what i tell my pts after reading a book written by a female exercise guru who tore up her abdomen cause she exercised too soon but ask your ob. ...Read more

Reduce high impact: Your commitment to regular exercise is great, but you need to do more cross training. Your knee strain pain will likely improve with less high impact. Alternate days with cardio and weight training. Weight training can be very helpful in weight loss and control.
