I was doing well suddenly I cahnged my routine going to yoga and exercise I am unable to keep erection what ia this?
Four years ago I tride these jelqing exercise only did them three times on the last day I felt a pull and had tingling at the bass for months. Also can only achieve about a 70% erection. What could it?
Poss Jelking injury?: Jelking does not make sense. I don't believe any of the positive claims that to helps to increase penile size. Nothing increases penile size once puberty is complete. Am concerned that you nave ruptured some penile blood vessels which could explain why your erections are only at 70%. However advancing years + prostate surgery may also contribute to your ed.See 1 more doctor answer
Could daily exercise help your penis become stronger as far as stronger erections & stuff like that?
No: Penis isn't a muscle. Only muscle fibers in penis are around the blood arterioles, ; these are unaffected by exercise.
Kegel exercises: Kegel exercises aren't just for women. Men who regularly perform Kegel exercises appear to have better bladder control & perhaps stronger erections. In fact, some of recommended this as a means to treat premature ejaculation. Check out http://www. Mayoclinic. I am 31 years old male. I don't have urinary incontinence but I want to do "kegel exercise", if there any sexual benefits of it. Is it harmful or Is this exercise could cause erectile dysfunction or Is there any negative side effects of doing "Kegel"?
Safe: Kegels are safe for either gender to do. Often recommended for incontinence and pelvic instability, they can be used just for general exercise.
Performance anxiety: Performance anxiety is major cause of erectile dysfunction in young men. Well, that & life style, eg smoking, excess alcohol, other illicit drugs, etc. Think of it as stress begets ed which begets stress which. . . Well, you get idea. In older (that's a relative idea) men, our (poor) health gets in the way, eg blood pressure, cholesterol, diabetes, etc. In both cases, don't forget partner, family.
I'm getting embarrassing erections at first glimpse/thought of anyone attractive. I have med:long lasting sex regularly. No s/e w/ ℞. What can I do?
NORMAL: Supportive undergarments can keep this from becoming embarrassing. It is difficult to avoid it lasting while thinking about it and fixing on the issue however. Try and divert your attention elsewhere. Keep a pack of cards to busy your mind.
How long after folie catheter removal before a full erection is possible normally. It has been 5 days and I currently have a s.p.c. Could that effect?
Here are some. ..: If you had a fully functional penis before procedures for S.P.C. and urethral Foley's catheter insertion, I would not rush to worry about the return of erection but give time to recover since the negative effects from anesthesia, notably from general anesthesia, may widely vary and linger, especially when SPC is still in and may cause irritation interfering the process of achieving erection.
Here are some...: All parts of biological body are magically designed and composed in such a way to function coherently so to survive, grow, continue, and procreate. For penis, through "perfect" coordination of nerves, blood vessels, and muscles, the blood is diverted into the chambers of penis with its outflow temporarily shut so to maintain its needed rigidity for coitus to procreate. More? Ask and study...
