We have been trying for almost 4 yrs. Semen analysis is normal. Spouse has done thyroid test which is normal too. Kindly advice what to do more.

Needs investigating: You have gone >12 months without conceiving. Verify that you are not using any spermicides in lubes, that you are having regular menses every 25-30 days, that you are having sex during the fertile period about two weeks before your menses.
