There is seldom: a "lack " of bile in the intestine unless you have a complete block of your hepato(liver)/biliary (gallbladder) system! If it were "blocked" some diarrhea and abdominal discomfort would occur....

Dizzy and bloating: you may have a virus causing your bloating and nausea but if you are having other symptoms such as fever or severe diarrhea you should see a doctor asap about it. I would also check a pregnancy test to make sure you are not pregnant especially if you missed a period or are late. Drink plenty of fluids and try to rest of course. Try switching...: Ibuprophen is not as strong or lasting as naproxen. You can get 500mg tablets to take twice daily (90 days worth) for $10.00 at most walmarts, krogers, target, etc. Switching to Naproxen may not give you gas and and better pain relief.
