Was recently hospitalized w/kidney stone which is now in the distal left ureter (per CT scan). Would kidney stone produce excessive gas and bloating?

May take a while.: If you truly had a stomach infection then it will take a while to clear. The gas is all part of the process of getting back to normal. If you are having a lot of stress besides this can contribute to the gas and GI upset. You need to talk this over with your doc and plan the best treatment for you together. Worrisome: The complex cyst is worrisome and needs to be addressed. Not all ovarian cancers produce ca 125 and ca 125 can be raised by endometriosis, pelvic infections, other cancers, colitis, or even ovulation.
