Several things.: If the blood is bright red and just a bit on the toilet paper or in the bowl when having a bm, it is due to a hemorrhoid or anal fissure (small tear). These occur with chronic constipation, contributors to constipation are niot enough water or fiber in the diet, or prolonged sitting. If the blood is dark, or heavy, go see a doctor. Im experiencing constant watery green diarrhea, frequent burping that taste like rotten eggs, abdominal bloating and gas, all after eating a burger.
GERD: You may have gastroesophogeal reflux disease (gerd), with an upset stomach as well. Certainly avoid trigger foods high in fat-like the burger and try increasing fluids and taking an over the counter acid blocking medications such as Prilosec with maalox.
