Many like to warm up w/aerobic activities before moving on to strength training. Others don't want to waste energy but rather focus on lifting then cool down w/aerobics. Depends: Interval training is a great way to mix the two, burn more calories and get an overall better aerobic workout in less time set up your weight circuit and do 1-3 minutes of aerobic exercise in between each weight exercise.
