Soft stool , gas: May be food intolerances/malabsortion. Check for celiac. May be intolerence to wheat (not pure celiac) or soy or milk- test by avoiding foods that contain those products for 1 -2 weeks ( sequentially so you can identify the culprit) . Also consider food allergy testing and check for gallbladder and h pylori -a bacteria involved in gastritis .Check B12 as it is low in malabsorption. f/u w/doc ...Read more
