See a Neurologist: Abdominal migraines usually start in childhood. If it is true Abdominal pain, not associated with nausea, vomiting and dizziness then regular Triptans and migraine medications should relieve it. Related or not?: There are lots of possibilities here, all of which can be addressed by a physical exam & appropriate testing. Migraines for example can affect both head & gut ("intestinal migraine"). Please however don't contribute to your stomach upset by taking excessive nsaid's aimed at alleviating head ache. Small children can certainly have migraines but to distinguish them from other types of similar headache can be challenging.
The main question is to rule out other medical conditions which require different treatment, like sinusitis etc.
