If eating healthy shouldn't you still adhere to portions? Is eating a whole cantaloupe and a whole honeydew melon in one sitting for a meal excessive?

No consensus but...: There is no consensus on this but i believe the healthiest diets consist of organic vegetables as the primary source of nutrition with quality proteins like beans, nuts, seeds and moderate organic animal-derived foods like dairy, eggs & wild fish & some fruit.
