Evion 400 Benefits For Skin
I'm23 yrs old with flaky skin at winter.1of my friends has recommended me to intake evion 400 per day after a meal for glowing skin.Is it good for me?
Good oils: Coconut oil helps with dry skin in the winter time when ingested. It looks like a jar of lard but tastes good enough--not as good as an easter egg. You can put it in hot cereal in the morning and even cook and bake with it. It heats up easily so be careful when cooking with it. Marine fish oil is another option. Shay butter can be used topically. Evion water won't help much. Good luck. ...Read more

Im 6 mos preggy & stretch marks are already showing. Is it safe to use vit e capsules 400 iu punctured) as a topical treatment in my belly?
Stretch marks vit E: Putting vitamin e on stretch marks unfortunately will not improve stretch marks. One can develop an allergic contact dermatitis to vitamin e that is applied to the skin. That would result in a red, itchy rash. I would advise against putting vitamin e on the skin. Whether stretch marks appear has to do with hormones and genetics. There is no good way of preventing them. ...Read more
Fair Skin: No. It is not safe and it is not effective. It does not change your genetics. Remember you are speaking to real physicians here on line, not product pitchmen. We believe that your skin is a gift. Having 'darker' skin is not in any way a disease or medical condition. But, the wanting skin different than nature gave you is a mental health condition. We would wish for you time to love yourself. ...Read more

Bad choice: This won't give you skin cancer, but if you try to lighten your skin color, you can disfigure yourself. You're a young man at your physical, mental and sexual prime. Light or dark, it's your genetic gift, and if people see you trying to change it, you'll invite ridicule. Why not instead focus on taking the best care possible of your body, and develop its full potential for strength ; beauty? ...Read more
In general: Vitamin C supplementation is safe, but it won't likely do much in regards to skin lightening. You should avoid doses of more than 2000 mg/day unless your doctor instructs such. Also, be aware if you are at risk for kidney stones or have had them in the past, I would review vitamin C use with your doctor. ...Read moreSee 1 more doctor answer

I've dark areas in skin (knee), the dr gave me creams (pigmanorm/aldoquin) for 4 months but no improvement, i need an alternative &effective cream! ?
Proper use: First, when you use this type of cream, you apply it only at night since sunlight inactivates it. Then you must avoid sun exposure at that area as much as possible otherwise the pigment will come back. Sun screen used must contain titanium or zinc oxide and be re-applied every 2 hrs when there is sun exposure. Laser and ipl treatment may help. Consult a dermatologist. ...Read more
