Abd pain/headache: They are not the usual signs. In pregnancy get nausea, swollen tender breasts, sometimes headache or rhinitis. Would check HCG but consider may be reflux/ gastritis with or without H pylori a bacteria, may be sinusitis from reflux, may be food intolerances. Or gallbladder.
