I've been having diarrhea for the past few days and anytime I eat I feel sick. I have a headache and last time I drank I had half a drink and 6 hours later I vomited everything up. I have a slight runny nose and my throat is starting to hurt again. I get

Please see doc: For a viral gastroenteritis (stomach bug), the diarrhea should only last about a week. The fact that you're having diarrhea longer than this and it doesn't sound to be getting better is concerning. Post op symptoms: Follow up with your surgeon. By 4 weeks you should be feeling well without side effects. Even though your gallbladder is out you still have other structures in the same area that may give you trouble. Persistent fever is concerning for infection.
