No effect known.: Eugenol is a chemical responsible for the aroma of cloves. It has many uses, including perfumery, flavoring, and in formulating insect attractants. It even kills human colon cancer cell lines in vitro. But it does not appear to have an effect on radiotherapy, let alone radiotherapy in head and neck squamous cell cancer. If severe - go to ER: Rash?, Vomiting? Tingling? The worst symptom would be internal swelling that prevents you from breathing and it would leave you no time if that happened.
