Good after treatment: Remember you're being treated for a pre-cancerous lining of the uterus. Simple hyperplasia is treated with megestrol to prevent proliferation (growth) to a more aggressive type which may require hysterectomy. If all works well, your gyn can clear you for pregnancy.
