Ethmoid Sinuses Feel Dry
Lightheaded, headaches; sinus pressure. Ears feel blocked and sometimes ache. Nasal congestion like the airways are narrowing for 2 months. Sinusitis?
Good guess: I agree with you. You should quit smoking NOW otherwise improving your sinusitis will be VERY DIFFICULT. You should be under the care of your primary care and/or ENT physician. If you continue to smoke you are letting your self in for a very uncomfortable future with worse headaches and running into possible ear nose & throat cancer. ...Read more

MRI very sensitive: Just because you have something in the sinus, it does not mean it is the cause of your symptoms. Retention cysts are common. I have ear pressure bcz hyperpneumatised both frontal and maxillary sinuses.Mucosal polyp in both maxillary sinus, nasal septum deviation.Surgery need?
Sinusitis : Surgery is sometimes needed... See a rhinologist (an ENT sub-specialist) to sort out your options. In my practice around 15% of patients with your symptoms ultimately require surgery. Allergy , gerd , aspirin, sub-optimal medical treatment can all be to blame. If significant issues are not treated polyps can rapidly recur. I saw a patient who had undergone 63 surgeries for polyps - aspirin! ...Read moreSee 1 more doctor answer
