No: No, it won't help you at all, just wastes your money. A few women with pcos become pregnant, but generally only after significant weight loss. Therapy such as metformin has a much higher chance of normal periods (in approx. 60% of cases) and a safe successful pregnancy, if desired. On Lupron (leuprolide) for fibroids and endo, also taking 2mg estrace as addback. Started spotting and bleeding, 20 days now. Why? Can estrace make fibroids grow?

No evidence it helps: There is some scientific evidence that vitex agnus-castus (chaste tree berry) may help with pms symptoms and cyclic mastalgia (breast pain) but no studies showing that it helps women with pcos or infertility. If you have pcos and are trying to conceive the safety of vitex when you're pregnant is unknown, so you should stop it when you get a positive pregnancy test if you conceive while taking it. ...Read more

Came off yasmin (drospirenone and ethinyl estradiol) in jan my periods are still irregular 6 and 7 week long cycles! worried infertile as still not pregnant! does it mean I am not ovulati?
Ovulation: Ovulation occurs consistently about 14 days before your next cycle. If you know how many days there are from the first day of the bleeding to the next during your normal cycle just subtract 14 days. This allows you to predict when you should be ovulating.
