I don't know: What you mean by symptoms of estrogen deficiency while you're receiving daily estrogen and Progesterone from your birth control. There are no estrogen containing otc supplements that are effective, otherwise they wouldn't be otc don't take or stop anything without talking with your doctor. ...Read more
