Just watch it: The next time you need a wart removed, get with something scientific rather than a "pop" remedy that looks like an internet prank. Any irritant can stir up a wart so that the immune system removes it. If it gets red / hot / infected, get with a scientific physician. Leave it open and see what happens. Salicylic acid: If the wart is small and not on face, I generally recommend doing the following every other day for 2 wks: soaking wart with warm water, gently thin out the wart with an emory board, apply liquid 17% salicylic acid, cover with 40% salicylic acid tape, then apply duct tape (or surgical tape) over it to occlude.
