9 papular rash on palms, and many in the entire body. The rashes is itchy. Is it more likely to be Guttate psoriasis or syphilis?
Syphilis/Psoriasis: Never had sex contact of any kind, not infected at birth, no blood transfusions then very unlikely syphylis. Family Hx of psoriasis? Then more likely to be P. Hypoallergenic tape: There are tapes which are less likely to cause a contact allergy. Just ask for them. Do note the "less likely" description.
