Yes: Wendy's is too, all food is great, but usually needs to be moderation so as not to get fat, which is bad, balenced diet lots of fruits/vegatables, dairy, meat, fish, milk good, exersize aerobic for circulation, look all these fad diets are foolish, God said in the bible eat whatever they provide you, don't worry about what you eat/drink and wear.... but don't be a glutten. Can a mc murry's test be pos one day (after injury) then neg 3-4wks later...and why? The injury wouldn't resolve that quick, would it?

I'm having midcycle bleeding 2mths after micarriage & d&c. I've had one normal cycle. Could this be related to the mc?
Probably: There's a very good chance it's due to the miscarriage. Your body's hormonal axis was basically ripped out of a pregnancy state. It's a very abrupt change in hormone levels and just like happens when you change to a new birth control pill, it can take a while to normalize again. I know that's overly simplified, bit the best short explanation I have. Be sure to let your OB know your concern. ...Read more
I just found out I am preg. 4weeks. I am a smoker, I have put in a plan of action 2 quit by 7 wks. Can I have a bigger risk of mc for not quit b4?
Thank you for putting it out there to quit smoking.
You don't have any more risk quitting now than later. But if you have your quit date go for it. Your baby is thanking you as well.
Tell your friends for support. Have a list of things to do when you have withdraws. Take the money spent on cigarettes and save for something special after the baby is born.
Good luck, I am cheering you on. ...Read more

Monocyte %high, abs mc low, how does that work? I understand the dif concepts, but that doesn't make sense, can someone explain?
Total WBCs low: Let say that your total white blood cell count was quite low, but of those few cells present, most of them are monocytes, thus the % of monocytes of the total wbcs would be high. However, since you don't have many wbcs to begin with, your absolute monocyte number would be abnormally low (a high % of a really low number is still too low). ...Read more

Implantation: Light spotting commonly occurs at the time that the zygote (developing baby) implants in the uterine lining. It is understandable that you are very concerned about this pregnancy. Try to take it easy, get lots of rest, drink plenty of fluids, and take a Prenatal vitamin with folic acid every day. Stress is not good for you or your pregnancy. Try to think positivity and not worry too much. ...Read more
