Some response: Erbitux was one of the first monoclonals develoed. It targets epidermal growth Factor 1 and is used in metastatic colon Ca that has the wild mutated KRAS. The best response is like Herceptin (trastuzumab) where this epidermal growth factor 2 mAb requires added chemo.
