Am 25 years old I feel no pain or lumps but I feel hard testis sometimes and sometimes not but I have lumps on both my epididymis and not pain?

Epididymus: The epididymus doesn't like to be messed with and once it has been inflamed, chronic discomfort there for years is not unusual in my experience. I assume that you have had ultrasound examination of the testicles as part of your evaluation.
