Epicanthal Folds (Overview)

Epicanthal folds are clinical findings in which the skin of the upper eyelid covers the corner of the eye closest to the nose. This can be found in children with Down Syndrome or with Fetal Alcohol Syndrome, or normally, especially in those of Asian descent.
