Yes: I'm not concerned about your absolute eosinophil count, but if your hemoglobin is 6.9 g/dL, you are severely anemic, you are almost certainly sick from it, and it's being caused by some underlying disease. Unless the cause of your anemia is obvious, you have stomach or colon cancer until proved otherwise, though there are hundreds of other possible causes. Get worked up without delay. ...Read more
