Benefits unproven: There is much research showing benefits of a vegetarian diet but little research on the additional benefits of a raw vegan diet. Proponents claim it's the best possible diet.It has been shown to often reverse diabetes.I believe eating mostly plants is extremely healthy but don't feel raw is always best for everyone.
