Unclear: The long term prognosis is not known in this rare condition. My hunch would be that yes, you will likely be on some form of treatment for the long run. But only your GI doctor can answer that question fully. Ask him or her on your next visit. ...Read more

Yes: bupropion is not a steroid, and I am not aware of any contraindications to your drug combinations, but would just express some concern that steroids increase the chances of stomach ulcers and bleeding, and NSAIDs may worsen this. Talk to your doctor about using something to protect your stomach (sucralfate, prilosec and others) if stomach upset is present, or even as prevention. ...Read more

They are safe: When patients are on immunosuppressive we strongly recommend that you stay caught up on vaccines. Both vaccines you are speaking about are non live vaccines and are safe to take while you are on Entocort and Azathioprine.
