See an orthopedic surgeon for treatment, that includes NSAIDS if able 2 take them, as well as activity modification. Weight is a problem with all weight bearing joints.

See orthopedist : Those findings especially at the dome of the talus was once osteochondritis dessicans. To try to avoid further aritic findings talk to your doctor. That talar finding is an "old" injury. So too is enthesophyte (spur) ...Read more
