Both!: I've not read any studies that suggest that timing of fruit consumption makes a difference relative to your non-fruit intake. In other words, enjoy your fruit w/o worrying about when you eat, assuming that it doesn't affect your normal appetite. Strive for 5 servings of fruit plus an additional 5 servings of veggies each day. Try not to count store bought juices as you're missing fiber content. ...Read more
Pro mean with: and bio means life. Probiotics help the GI system digest food. Anti means against. So, if one takes excessive antibiotics (which are sometimes needed) they can kill off the good bacteria in our GI systems and we can have digestive problems. This can happen w/out antibiotics at times too. So, the probiotics replace the good bacteria that are missing or low. Peace. Yes, take after poisoning. ...Read more

Fruity choice: Each of us is in charge of what goes into our mouths (and what comes out of them in the form of words too). So what you eat is certainly your choice. Does water help to digest food quickly? If i drink along with the meal? Or half an hour after meal? People says don't drink during meal. Drink later.
Don't drink much: Since your stomach produces acid to break down food it's better to not dilute your stomach acid with too much water. The only time you really need water with a meal is when you eat dried foods. ...Read more

Both OK but...: It may not make much difference. I read some of the many research studies on Liv 52; they mention the dose but none say if it was taken with or without food; if it was important they should have mentioned it. Their website also doesn't say when to take so probably not important. Most herbs are better absorbed on empty stomach so I advise taking 30-60 min. before meals but should be fine after too. ...Read more

You can look up the diet and avoid those if they bother your stomach. Otherwise the rest are ok to eat. ...Read more
