See a doctor: While it sounds like it could well be epididymitis, it could also be a kidney stone or torsion of a testicular appendage. How do you know it's not epididymitis? Early on even the best of tests can yield false negatives though my money is on a torsion of a testicular appendage usually located at the top of testicle between the testicle and the epididymis.
