Why would a radiologist put on CT report, mulpile retroperitoneal and mesenteric lymph node noted. But did say they were enlarged. 8cm ovarian cyst?

If the cyst is small, your physician may elect to follow it with sequential ultrasounds. Endometriosis also increases your risk slightly for a specific type of ovarian cancer. Ovarian cyst: Ovarian cysts can change in size during a woman's cycle. How do you know it changes size "every few days"? Its unlikely you could tell that short of an ultrasound. Or, are you having pain intermittently and interpreting that as a size change? ...Read more
