Any symptoms?: If the node has not changed in one year, it is benign. Do not worry about a radiology finding, if there are no symptoms.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form.

Isolated : Ct scan findings may or may not have any clinical meaning for the patient. The radiology information must be placed in context with all the detailed information on your breast cancer, stage of disease, cell type, axillary lymph node status, etc. Maybe a pet scan is indicated.
