Not sure of question: It sounds like your doctor found a "mass" in your neck above your collar bone and recommended an MRI. This confirmed the presence of lymph nodes in the same area, some of which were slightly large, at the upper ("top normal") limit of normal. Supraclavicular: It is very unlikely that stomach cancer would cause enlarged posterior cervical nodes without other symptoms. Even supraclavicular node enlargement as the first sign is distinctly uncommon. If you have concern, see your doctor for an endoscopy. ...Read more

Reactive lymph nodes: In that location would more likely be from scalp lesions that became inflamed, some systemic viral illnesses can cause "shotty" lymph nodes in different areas (groin, armpits, etc), but teething does not. ...Read more

Lymphadenopathy: Lymph nodes swell and fluctuate usually due to the inflammatory reaction of infection. Cancer at your age would be unusual, but not impossible. If it persists beyond a month, you should see someone who can evaluate it with a needle aspiration bx or similar diagnostic procedure. ...Read more
