Enlarged lymph nodes under jaw and down neck. Dead tooth with infection. Root canal scheduled in 3 weeks. Should nodes go down with just penicillin?

Monitoring Centers: The lymphatic system absorbs and carries things too big to go into the arteries and veins like bacteria eaten by white cells and digested food. Enlarged, painless lymph nodes under my ear, jaw and sides of my trachea. Experiencing fatigue, sleepless and hairloss. Blood tests all normal.
