You're sick. Why?: You need to demand that your physician tell you what is wrong with your liver. To leave you without an answer is unacceptable. Do you have a medication allergy? Hopefully you're not drinking. Do you have cholestatic jaundice? A viral hepatitis? Missing wilson's or hemochromatosis would be bad but it happens. Fatty infiltration: is a relatively common finding, is due to a number of various causes(sometimes there is no known cause), and is not necessarily a precursor to cirrhosis. Ultrasound can detect changes of cirrhosis, although it is not necessarily specific(other infiltrative processes might lok similar) unless there are advanced secondary signs, and biopsy or additional imaging(MRI) might be needed. ...Read more

Very Low chance: It is reassuring that there aren't any enlarged lymph nodes, and you have a normalCBC. If there is a lymphoma, it is a very hard to detect one. And it is not causing any problems to the body. I would leave it alone. Get a check up maybe in 6 months- just labs, ldh and a physical exam or ultrasound for the spleen. It can be many thing: There are many conditions which can cause enlarged liver, spleen and lymph nodes you need to have thorough history/physical exam, and blood test to find the cause.
