Slightly enlarged right clavicle lymph node. What are other causes besides cancer. Everything I read says its bad for that area. No other symptoms?
I have an enlarged right clavicle that I hadn't noticed until my weight loss physician asked me when I had dislocated my collarbone. I then went through 10 years of photos and it appears only in the last year. And it is getting larger. What could this be

Nodes: Nodes can be enlarged due to a variety of different conditions. The most common being a reaction to infection. Most of these resolve on there own in a short time. Need more assessment: From your GI history, inflammatory or infectious conditions could explain rt supraclav lymph node (ln). If your procedure history did in fact include transplant, you definitely are having close hematology/onc assessment. Hematology/Oncology: It sounds like you have enlarging lymph nodes in various parts of your body. This could reflect a lymphatic abnormality like lymphoma or the like. It is important that you find out the cause of your recurrent problems with the shoulder with respect to a specific anatomic cause. If you have not had a recent mri, I would recommend an arthrogram/mri where they put dye in the shoulder first followed my mri.
