For this, your doctor can treat you with 50, 000 iu d3 orally once per week for 6-8 weeks. This could be followed by taking 1000-2000 iu per day, with a re-test @ 3-4 months to see where you are. And your question?: I'm not sure what you are asking. Yes, vit d deficiency can cause fatigue. It is easy to correct with 5-8000 iu of d3/day. Need more info: Unless you are deficient in B12, taking B12 will not make a difference. Body needs about 3-5 micrograms of B12/day. Taking more will not do harm.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form.
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.
