Not unusual.: It's not unusual for the first period after a laparoscopic treatment of endometroisis to be more painful. It is the inflammation of the healing tissue in the pelvis. It will hopefully be much improved next time. ...Read more

You should get in to see your doc to be checked for anemia, loss of blood and the true cause of your heavy menses. Laparoscopy.: If you're that sensitive to exercise, you might want to consider definitive management of your endometriosis. What stage is it? Laparoscopic management should make things much better in this regard, which would allow you to pursue a good exercise regimen and not bleed. A few ideas: Sometimes this bleeding could be from your uterus, but you would want to make sure that it's not due to an internal or external hemorroid as well.
