Depends: I have had some patients who got better with time and some who got worse. Exercise always helpful for most conditions including endometriosis. Causes are still somewhat of a mystery. Hormone manipulation can help (BCP, Depo Provera, (medroxyprogesterone) Lupron) but some require surgery if severe. Best to discuss with your gyn provider. Sorry this was not more helpful.
