Shouldn't hurt: but may not help either. Make sure you use the recommended dose on the bottle. You might benefit more from eliminating soaps and skin irritants you are exposed to. When showering use soap only in axillae and public/anal area. Find a good skin lubricant you can apply after shower each day.
